SHIPPING:
Smaller items such as pillows, accessories and textiles will ship via USPS or UPS ground. Shipping rate includes insurance and delivery confirmation. Items in stock will ship within 5-7 business days from receipt of payment. Please contact us directly if you want items faster.
SHIPPING FOR LARGER ITEMS AND CUSTOM PIECES:
Shipping charges will be based upon size, weight and destination. When contacting us directly for your order please make sure to include destination address and zip code.
We will get back to you with a shipping quote. Shipping will include insurance and delivery confirmation.
HOW TO PURCHASE LARGE FURNITURE ITEMS, CUSTOM PIECES and DRAPERY HARDWARE:
Please contact us directly via email. Make sure to include item, finish selection, quantity and destination of where item is to ship. We will get get back to you with a quote.
HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM DRAPERIES:

Meredith’s Mercantile will only custom make draperies in the dimensions that are offered, and in the fabrics and trims that are offered*. The client is responsible for all measurements and installation of hardware. If you need help measuring your window we will email you a helpful diagram.
LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOM PIECES: Usually 4-6 weeks.
TAX:
Sales Tax will be charged on all orders shipping within the state of Texas.
REFUND POLICY:
Please select your items carefully as all sales are final.
CONDITION OF VINTAGE, & ANTIQUE ITEMS:
Please recognize that these items may have flaws due to age and wear this does not make the item defective. These blemishes or imperfections are what give the product its unique character. We will do our best to photograph or note any tears, missing parts, or imperfections within the description of the item.
PAYMENT:
Payment in full is required for all items. We accept MC, VISA, & PayPal. We will also accept a check if you email us directly so we can email you an invoice.
